Who We Are
The College of Engineering at Al-Farabi University is one of Iraq’s leading engineering institutions, dedicated to producing graduates who are capable of meeting the challenges of a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Founded over 30 years ago, the college has grown into a comprehensive engineering faculty offering nine specialized departments spanning civil, computer, petroleum, AI, and biomedical engineering, among others.
Our graduates serve in leading roles across Iraq’s public and private sectors, contributing to infrastructure development, technology innovation, and national growth.
